Boulevard 301 is the modern one: a small, scrupulously clean room with art on the ceiling, a serious espresso machine, plus a breakfast menu that runs from huevos rancheros to a French toast people describe in all caps. The caramel latte has its own fan club and the benedicts rotate. The whole operation reads like somebody's genuine passion project rather than another beach-town breakfast stop.
