Choya Bay Coffee is new and already the coffee people in Cholla Bay talk about. Roberto roasts beans from Chiapas and pulls a rich, smooth cup, the lattes in particular, and the view from the seats is the kind that slows a morning down. It is walkable if you are staying in the bay, and there is a little dog around the place who is part of the welcome.
