Colins is the not-so-hidden gem inside a resort gate that's open to everyone: tell the gate you're headed to the restaurant and you're in. The menu ranges wider than most: fish and chips, coconut shrimp, cajun shrimp, Mexican-style shrimp cocktail, chilaquiles, enchiladas, and nachos the kids annex, all in generous portions at friendly prices. Breakfast is a genuine draw (indoor seats go early, the patio is just as pleasant) and Sunday's ten-dollar bottomless mimosas have delayed more than one checkout.
