El Pabellon is a hidden gem for breakfast, and the owner is a big part of why: he comes by the tables, talks, and makes people feel like regulars on the first visit. The chilaquiles verdes are the plate people return for, the Cowboy breakfast and the chorizo omelette follow close behind, and there are Nutella pancakes for the sweet tooth. The salsas are excellent and the mimosas and micheladas are generous. Later in the day the grill turns out fajitas and shrimp.
It is air conditioned with parking out front, and Jessy's Fish Market is next door if you want to shop for seafood while you wait.
