Leo's is the cocktail bar that takes the drinks personally: margaritas and mojitos built on genuinely fresh juices (mango, strawberry, pineapple, kiwi, cucumber) with mixes that get called the best in town and a color-changing light dropped in each glass because fun is part of the recipe. The patio is thick with plants, there's a proper stage with live music on weekend nights, and the whole scene sits just off the malecón without inheriting the malecón's crowds or its parking problem. One rule of the house to know before you go: cash only. Plan the wallet accordingly, because you will want a second round.
