Manny's is the beach club of Rocky Point legend: enormous, right on the sand at Mirador, with live music that runs all afternoon into the night, cold buckets, a pool, and a crowd that arrived for one drink and stayed for the set. The kitchen is better than a party bar owes you: fish tacos with the cerveza, chilaquiles the morning after, both from the same barstool if you play it right.
Decades of spring breaks were survived here. The place wears it well.
