Mariscos El Parguito is a young owner's open-air seafood spot, small, fresh and generous, with a crew that works the tables like a team. The octopus is the reason it gets talked about: in tacos, or enchilado, cooked better than most people have had it anywhere. Around it sit sashimi-grade tuna, shrimp by the kilo, ceviche on a fresh-fried tostada and the seafood towers a mariscos place is judged by. Fans over the tables keep the flies off while you eat.
