Pimenton is a little breakfast and lunch place with more menu than its size suggests: eggs done the Peñasco way, molletes, burgers, pastas and a wall of wine for the Italian side of the card. The plates are generous, the coffee is good, and the owner is often around to chat on your way out. It has become the regular breakfast for more than one visiting family.

Cash only. The day ends early, around 5pm, so it is a breakfast and lunch place rather than a dinner one.
What to order
Huevos Peñasco or an omelette for breakfast, the molletes, and the cookie sandwich if you have room. The pastas with a bottle from the wall for a later lunch.
