Puesta del Sol is the beachfront restaurant plenty of longtime visitors admit they overlooked for years, then kicked themselves. The green chilaquiles with shredded beef are the order that converts people, the fresh fruit juices actually taste like the fruit, and portions run two-meals generous. Live music most nights keeps the room warm, and there's a weekend all-you-can-eat buffet with made-to-order omelets.
