Sapporo is a clean, family-operated sushi-and-more room whose best-kept secret is not sushi at all. On Thursday, Friday and Sunday a mostly-hot Chinese-style buffet runs about 300 pesos a head. The orange chicken and the sweet-and-sour pork earn specific praise, and the spread also covers rice and noodle dishes, soups and salads, sushi rolls, plus desserts.
It is fresh and well kept, and a genuine value for a hungry group. On regular days the à la carte sushi is a solid standard at fair prices.
