El Trompo is the taco cart on the way into the Old Port, and it does the cart things right: tacos big enough that two make a meal, a salsa bar you help yourself to, your choice of corn or flour tortillas, and a long list of meats off the trompo and the grill. Cash or card, which is not a given at a cart.
What to order
Two tacos, one pastor and one of whatever else is on the grill, dressed at the salsa bar.
