Los Ceboyos is the taqueria people start fantasizing about from their condo the same evening. Meats are chopped fine and seasoned right, and they arrive with a giant tray of fresh toppings: red onion, cucumber, cabbage, pico, avocado cream, a green chile sauce, plus one properly dangerous hot sauce. A warm bean-and-chorizo dip shows up like a housewarming gift.
The service is the other half of the legend. Waitresses bring kids cups of ice and flip the TV to an English-language movie, and more than one review mentions the family photo taken unprompted. It is a hole-in-the-wall by location and proud of it: clean and fairly priced, quiet at lunch and busy at night.
