Family-run Mediterranean, gyros and homemade fries from a chef who cooks everything from scratch.
Toskos is a family restaurant with dad in the kitchen and the family on the floor, cooking Mediterranean food with a Sonoran accent: gyros of chicken, goat or roasted calabacita, hummus in more than one form, and fries cut and seasoned in house. Warm pita with pesto tends to land on the table before you order. Everything is made from scratch, the chef is happy to talk about how, and the room is themed to the hilt. They cater too.

A gyro, chicken or goat, with the seasoned fries and extra tzatziki. The beet hummus and the watermelon salad to start. If the loaded brisket fries are on, order them for the table. No salad on the menu? Ask; the chef will make a Greek or a Caesar.
